Greetings, my name is Jean (JeanH) and this is my first lesson with Red Rose Web Design.
For this lesson, we were asked to design a simple web page, which in turn, will become our opening page to the
portfolio we will be creating during the course of the lessons.
Using PSPX, after having chosen an image (the poppies), I chose both a light and dark colour from the image.
Using these two colours, I created a gradient; angle 45, repeats 5.
The textured, floral background was created using seamless tiling and adding noise as well as a texture to the solid
colour background of the tile.
